It’s Not Where You Start or Where You Finish - It’s How You Get There

A career in librarianship may start a library science master’s program, but the path to and/or between opportunities builds and shifts with time. This commentary discusses paths followed by two librarians who each attended same program are currently both health at institution. While these similarities exist, unique journeys have helped shape their approaches current jobs, roles within careers, librarianship. From school first positions, this piece how every step along way has had lasting impact on authors’ careers.
